Customer service is very important to us so we make selling cards or minis to us very fast and easy. CCG & Minis Buys are processed on Monday/Tuesday of every week. All buys are processed within 3 to 7 days after we receive them.

Don't see what you want to sell on our buy lists, but still want to sell it? That's what the bulk prices are for at the top of the Buy List. Just write us with how many of each type of bulk you wish to sell and the bulk price we have quoted. We can also buy partial lots of bulk commons/uncommons/land too.

How do I list bulk cards on my Buy List cart? To sell bulk, just list the amount of each type of bulk you wish to sell in the near mint (NM) or played field at the top of the Buy List as you would a normal listed card.

Will you buy my entire collection? If your collection is around 100,000+ cards or is primarily cards from pre-The Dark sets, please send an e-mail to buyer@coolstuffinc.com with the details of your collection. Please be as specific as possible when describing your collection - Include details about the size, condition, sets included, and rare/unusual cards you own. If your collection does not meet the above requirements, please use our online buy list.

How much do you offer on foils? If you have foil cards you wish to sell, list them in the comments/notes field of the Buy List cart. We offer more for certain foils and we will contact you with quotes on any foils we are offering more than the listed price for. We currently do not offer any extra on VS System foils.

What if my cards aren't in near mint condition? We pay 85% of the listed near mint price on played condition cards. If your cards are not in near mint condition, please list them in the played column of the Buy List cart. If you are unsure whether your card is played or not, here are some guidelines: no whitening on the edges, no chip outs on the edges, no bends, or obvious play wear, etc. We grade the cards as we process your buy and any changes to condition will be made then. Any difference in the total price of your buy for played condition cards will be viewable in your Account History.

What if my cards are lost in the mail? We recommend to all Buy List users that you insure your shipment. Many people use USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure their package arrives and to know when it does. UPS insures packages up to $100 for free as well. We are not responsible for anything that gets lost in the mail.

How long do I have to ship my cards after approval? We require all buys to be sent within 10 days of our approval. After you send your cards, use the link provided in the approval e-mail to verify the date of shipment. Prices on the Buy List are subject to change if your cards were not shipped within the 10 day cut-off.
