Answer: To view the status of your order simply click on Order History which can be seen to the left of any page under the general search after logging into your account.
Answer: If you ordered with UPS we will automatically send you a tracking number when we ship your order. If you don't receive it but your order says it's been shipped please email us to let us know. Also, check your email program to make sure it's not blocking the email as spam.
Answer: UPS tracking numbers take time to get into the UPS system, occasionally this can take as long as 12 hours but often it's much shorter. If it doesn't work the day after we've emailed it to you please email us to let us know.
