In July 1936, a failed coup d'etat provoked a bloody civil war that would devastate Spain for nearly three years. The eyes of a Europe in crisis turned towards a divided nation, where not only armies, but also ideologies fought a savage and ruthless struggle.

Crusade and Revolution is a wargame that uses a well-known card-driven system to recreate the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) at the strategic and operational level. Each player leads one side (Nationalist or Republican) and manages all the challenges associated with the war: mobilization, recruitment, movement of troops, offensives, defense, etc... The political and economical aspects of the conflict, as well as foreign aid and propaganda, are not forgotten. All this, with easily understandable rules and a fluent and dynamic game system.
