Preorder Policy

CoolStuffInc.com is committed to delivering players the best products, at competitive prices, in the condition you expect them. We use a network of distributors to help us keep things running smoothly and we do our best to fill each and every order.

The Important Stuff

Any and all preorders require full payment, up front, at the time the order is placed. Your products will be reserved for you at the time payment is made.
Customers have the right to modify or cancel orders as long as they have not yet shipped. In the event that you change or cancel your order, we will refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method.
In situations where manufacturers release products in waves or in partial quantities we process the earliest orders first.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. You will be notified via email in the event that your order is cancelled.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Unfortunately, prices are subject to change for us due to our distribution network. Fluctuations in price do not impact orders that have already been placed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information later that evening. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Options page.

For general orders not containing preorder items: Orders placed before our daily cutoff typically ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or after the cutoff will ship the next business day (usually Monday or the following day).
