How do I list bulk cards on my Buy List cart? To sell bulk, just list the amount of each type of bulk you wish to sell in the Quantity at the top of the Buy List as you would a normal listed card. Please do not send bulk in played condition. |

Will you buy my entire collection? If your collection is around 100,000+ cards or is primarily cards from pre-The Dark sets, please send an e-mail to buyer@coolstuffinc.com with the details of your collection. Please be as specific as possible when describing your collection - Include details about the size, condition, sets included, and rare/unusual cards you own. If your collection does not meet the above requirements, please use our online buy list. |

How much do you offer on foils? If you have foil cards you wish to sell, list them in the comments/notes field of the Buy List cart. We offer more for certain foils and we will contact you with quotes on any foils we are offering more than the listed price for. We currently do not offer any extra on VS System foils. |

What if my cards aren't in near mint condition? We pay 75% of the listed near mint price on played condition cards. We grade the cards as we process your buy and any changes to condition will be made then. Any difference in the total price of your buy for played condition cards will be viewable on your My Account History page. Please do not send bulk in played condition. |

What if my cards are lost in the mail? We recommend to all Buy List users that you insure your shipment. Many people use USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure their package arrives and to know when it does. FedEx and UPS insures packages up to $100 for free as well. We are not responsible for anything that gets lost in the mail. |

How long do I have to ship my cards after approval? We require all buys to be sent within 10 days of our approval. After you send your cards, use the link provided in the approval e-mail to verify the date of shipment. Prices on the Buy List are subject to change if your cards were not shipped within the 10 day cut-off. |

All CCGs/Minis Dealers please read: We reserve the right to refuse any submitted buy cart or single items in any buy cart for any reason. Any quantity of single items maybe be edited for any reason. The bulk section of our buy list is there to allow people to sell their collections, not for dealers dumping cards. If you are not sure if this applies to you please contact us at buyer@coolstuffinc.com. Please do not send bulk in played condition. |

Do you buy non-English language cards?: At this time we are only buying English language cards. Any non-English language cards that are sent to us will not be paid for and will be returned at your expense. |

What if I my Heroclix miniature did not come with a Stat Card?: Heroclix miniature that come from sets which did not include Stat Card will still recieve full value. |
