Pre-Orders of Merchandise Not Yet In Stock:
All pre-orders will require full payment of all merchandise ordered, including shipping charges, at the time the pre-order is placed. CoolStuffInc.com uses a number of distributors instead of relying on a single distributor to get us product on time so we can ship you the product on time. We will always attempt to fill each and every order, but in some cases for reasons beyond our control (such as a case where the manufacturers changes a shipment date at the last minute) delays, augmentations, or cancellations may be necessary. In situations where manufacturers release product in waves or partial quantities we will always ship the oldest pre-orders first. Please understand that CoolStuffInc.com typically sets aside some product to open for singles.
Orders ship in the order that they are placed, i.e. oldest orders are shipped first whenever a product shortage may occur.
If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will at the request of the customer, refund the full amount to the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time, and will contact the customer (using the email address the customer has provided) but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation.
Sets and any other items that we assemble do not have a guaranteed pre-order price. Because manufacturers may change the way they assemble sets or place them in packs/boxes etc. we reserve the right to adjust our prices as required. If a price increase is required we will notify you via email, if we do not have a response we will cancel your order as we would never take payment without authorization.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We would prefer to never change a price once it's been offered for pre-order. However, because of the very nature of the collectible products we sell it is rare to have all of the information on product distribution that is required to make an intelligent decision on the correct price of a product. If a price increase is required we will notify you via email, if we do not have a response we will cancel your order as we would never take payment without authorization.
