Your friends at CSI understand the hesitation of buying cards for fear of reprints and bans. This is why we’re pleased to announce our Reprint and Ban Guarantee!

ANY singles that are banned or reprinted within 15 days of your purchase can be returned to us for a full refund via gift certificate. That would be 15 days from the banned announcement update and 15 days from the official release of any set that reprints the cards.

If you purchase singles from us that are banned or reprinted within 15 days of your purchase date, you may return them for a full refund in store credit for up to 15 days following that ban or reprint announcement.

How do I return the cards?

Include your Order Number and CoolStuffInc.com registered email address associated with the order so that we can easily identify your account and issue your gift certificate.

Please note the following:

Your cards must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered in. If they arrive in worse condition, we will contact you before taking further action.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
We are unable to issue a gift certificate for any cards that get lost in the mail, therefore we recommend purchasing insurance to protect against loss.
