  2. How do you handle customs declarations for my country?

    Due to the differences by country and order we handle this on a case by case basis. Please email info@coolstuffinc.com to get the best answer for your potential order.

  3. What is the shipping status on my order?

    To view the status of your order, you must first log in to your account. Next, click the View My Account link at the top right-hand corner of the website. Finally, look under the Recent Orders heading to view the five most recent orders, or click the View Full Order History link to view your full order history.

  4. How does the "Ship It Later" shipping option work?

    This feature is no longer available during checkout and all existing Ship It Later orders and affected customers will be contacted with information on next steps.

    If you have a Ship It Later order on your account and have not been contacted, please Send Us A Message via the form at the bottom of the page.

  5. Can you send me a tracking number?

    If you ordered with FedEx or UPS we will automatically send you a tracking number when we ship your order. If you don't receive it but your order says it's been shipped please email us to let us know. Also, check your email program to make sure it's not blocking the email as spam.

  6. Why doesn't my tracking number work?

    Tracking numbers take time to get into the FedEx or UPS system, occasionally this can take as long as 12 hours but often it's much shorter. If it doesn't work the day after we've emailed it to you please email us to let us know.

  7. What are customer rewards?

    Customers who purchase from us earn discounts on all of their future orders. Click here for more detailed information on customer rewards.

  8. Do you buy cards? How do I sell cards to you?

    Yes. Click here to view our buy list and get more detailed information about our buying process.

  9. What payment options are available?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders and Checks. Click here for more detailed information on payment options.

  10. How does "Buy 1 Get X Free" work?

    If you order 1, you'll receive X additional copies. So, if you add one item to your cart that is Buy 1 Get 3 Free, you can expect to recieve four (i.e. 1 + 3 additional copies) in the mail. We do this because it is common to order a play set of these cards; and it allows us to sell them to you at a lower price.

  12. Why Don't We Show the Price?

    Retailers have the legal right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how those prices may be communicated. Because our price on that item is lower than the manufacturer's “minimum advertised price,” the manufacturer does not allow us to show you the price until you take further action, such as placing the item in your shopping cart, or in some cases, proceeding to the final checkout stage. The steps required depend on the details of the manufacturer's minimum advertised price policy. This allows us to provide the lowest possible prices on the widest selection of products.

    You are not required to purchase the product. You can easily remove it from your cart if you decide not to buy it.

    We realize that this is an inconvenience and are regularly working to educate manufacturers on how their policies impact our customers.
