An Enchanting Surprise Making Waves At The Standard Regional Championships!

It's always fun when decks come full circle.

Jukai Naturalist
Generous Visitor
Commune with Spirits

At various points in the last year or so, enchantment decks based around Jukai Naturalist and Generous Visitor have been very competitive, whether it was Runes with Runeforge Champion and Showdown of the Skalds, or more combo-style versions with Rite of Harmony. However, they had mostly faded into obscurity recently.

Until now!

Time Stamps:

02:32 - Match 1

17:23 - Match 2

33:17 - Match 3

Pascal Maynard and his team played this deck at the Canadian Regional Championship last weekend, and as of writing this he had made day two with a 7-1 record.

The Restoration of Eiganjo // Architect of Restoration
Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr // Katilda's Rising Dawn

This deck has an excellent mix of synergistic aggression that's backed up with the ability to grind later into a game as well. Cards like Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr // Katilda's Rising Dawn and Restoration of Eiganjo // Architect of Restoration play well both early and late, while Hallowed Haunting is an excellent engine card. Perhaps most important is the addition of Ossification, which is a top quality removal spell that also synergizes with the deck.

Time will tell how Pascal and his team fare at the RC, but this deck has looked mighty impressive so far!
