Hello happy Aggro fans for Commander and other multiplayer formats! One of the classic archetypes ever alongside combo and control is aggro! Welcome to our Top 5 Support Cards! Note this is NOT aggro dorks, it's support cards for those dorks!

This one-drop 1/1 lady is first! She can tap for no mana to give a critter you control protection from a color that turn to shuck off targeted removal, survive a chump block or get in a swing! Also, shoutout to Giver of Runes too.

Archetype of Imagination

Ideally in an aggro deck that goes wide you can grab a mass evasion enabler! Enter this six-drop 3/2 one that gives your team flying and then pulls it from your foe's so it's like it's purely unblockable. Love it much here!

In an aggro deck you want to stop people from messing with your stuff ideally on your turn, check out this mono-White two-drop 2/2! Love it much here and elsewhere too! On your turn you are safe from opposing spells and many abilities too! Insert haste and you can get in a hit with them prior to interaction too!

Next are our mass creature pumpers on enchantments for pumping your team permanently! Love this turning a 1/1 dork on curve into a bigger threat! Shout out to flash ones like Dictate of Heliod which are a brilliant combat trick.

Next are the ways to double your size with the Unnatural Growth above and double and triple the damage you are dealing. Love them much as finisher that stick and even a 2/1 one-drop with the first and last out can hit for 12 damage prior to Anthems or double strike.

#4. Aggravated Assault and other Relentless Assaults

Next are abilities that give you another combat step this turn like the original Relentless Assault or the new one just printed that gives you two in Full Throttle. I always start with the enchantment with the five-mana activated ability since you do a few times and even get in two sometimes to finish off players. Then I move to sorceries and such. Love it much!

#3. Mass/Targeted Removal Savers

These are classic ways to keep your going wide stuff from dying to mass removal, helping you stay alive in the endgame or finish off an opponent. Enter instant speed answers! The two-cost Heroic Intervention gives everything you have (even non-creatures) hexproof and indestructible to save them. Or you can phase them out with Teferi's Protection or give them indestructible for free if you control your Commander with the Maneuver above. Enjoy saving your stuff and not just losing to a sweeper.

#2. Rhythm of the Wild and other Haste Enablers

The penultimate card slot here goes to the uncommon above that gives your stuff riot for haste or size grow and your dorks cannot be countered either! Other haste enablers like Fires of Yavimaya or Fervor or Hammer of Purphoros are great too at getting in an extra hit when people weren't expecting it! It changes math in your way massively.

This final must be this win con outta nowhere that gives your team trample and size boosts equal to your dork count and that's a win for aggro and tokens or other going wide brews too very reliably. There are a number that call out to this like Pathbreaker Ibex but this is my favorite. It's pricey on the secondary market though. Enjoy this fun thing!
