Hello and happiest of days to each of you! I hope your day is going super mega well! The best ever! I've recently done the two 5 Color Identity from FF: MTG on Towns and Sagas so I've been in a Five Color mood too. I though it would be great for me to give you my Top 5 Commanders with a Five Color identity. Ready? Let's do it to it!

Honorable Mentions

Honorable Mention #1. (#8. Overall) - Najeela, the Blade-Blossom

Our first thing hitting today is also our best aggro Five Color lady, this three-drop 3/2 Red with an attack trigger by your Warriors to make one per that's attacking and tapped, and then activate for one of each color to untap all attackers, give them a ton of keywords, and then another combat step! Love her much.

Honorable Mention #2. (#7. Overall) - Jodah, the Unifier

This five-drop Wizard is next. Your legendary stuff gets a boost in size equal to their count. Then when you cast one you can dig from your library until you find a cheap one and then cast it for free! I built around him in a Standard Commander brew here.

Honorable Mention #3. (#6. Overall) - Niv-Mizzet Reborn

This also five-drop with a 6/6 flying body is next! When he arrives, dig ten, and then draw all unique color pairs! That's a very different and great card draw potential and strong and different way to build around.

#5. Go-Shintai of Life's Origin AND Marina Vendrell

This Five Color Enchantment caring duo is next! The Green Shrine one-costs four for a 3/4 and then taps with one of each mana to Zombify one to the battlefield, and then when a Shrine triggers, make a 1/1 colorless Shrine token! (I built around them here with some planeswalker buddies) Then the five-drop one digs seven, draws them all and then taps for no mana at sorcery speed to lock or unlock a Room. I also built around her! One cares about Shrines and the other Rooms. Nice for twice!

#4. Jared Carthalion

This five-drop planeswalker can be your Commander and then has 5 loyalty, and then you can +1 him to make an all colors 3/3 Kavu token to block or swing, and then you can -3 him to choose up two dorks you control and then toss a counter on them for each color - so that's two 8/8s after making two. Then you can -6 him to Regrowth a card and if it was all colors draw and then make a pair of tokens. Unlike Niv-Mizzet above he clearly wants all colors instead of two-color combos. That's a nice little change of pace!

#3. Morophon, the Boundless

This colorless seven-drop changeling has a 6/6 size and then turns any creature type you choose to grow in size by 1 and then your spells of that chosen type are reduced in cost by one of each color and that makes him the ultimate 5C kindred Commander - here for everything from Apes to Bears to Wizards and more!

#2. Kenrith, the Returned King

This five-drop mono-White cost on-curve 5/5 can give you a few activated costs in all colors that make sense - red - trample and haste, Green - toss a counter on your dork, White gives you 5 life, Blue draws and then Black Zombifies a dork. Love this much because he doesn't really have one mechanical feel just making him the best generic 5-Color leader.

#1. Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

My favorite five-color lady is this Grey Ogre cost and size lady. She gets a boost in size for each color of your other legendary stuff. Then you can spend one mana of each color and then drop a cheap legendary permanent at the cost less than her power, even lands too. Legendary builds are so diverse from Shrines to planeswalkers to legendary pals and historic matters! I've built around her with our "Commander's Greatest Pets" flavor one last year.
