So far it seems to be 100% rumor, but it was posted on the MTG Salvation forums that there is a new non-rotating constructed format. Supposedly it will be every set from Masques forward, as well as the corresponding Core sets (7th forward.)

Again, this is thus far a baseless rumor but it is not all together surprising as it is an obvious answer to the troubling future for Legacy as the Reprint list would continue to make many staples of the format problematic, and the reprint policy was cut off during the Masques block, thus preventing any such problems in the future.

As this format would prove to be the most accessible "eternal" format it would be a likely evergreen and quite popular.
