After yesterday's downtime and the update to Magic Online software, today at 1pm ET (10am PT) Innistrad will begin prereleasing on Magic Online. During the day you will be able to join Innistrad sealed events, draft events and casual draft events. With these pre-release events (other than the casual block draft) you'll get a promo Mayor of Avabruck//Howlpack Alpha.
