Wizards of the Coast today announced the "Community Labs" to try and find ideas for up and coming multiplayer formats hidden amongst the Magic playing community. They've set up a special set of forums and a wiki for players to use to interact and work together to build up new format ideas and playtest amongst themselves.

In way of sweetening the pot, on July 16th the entries will close and Wizards folks will begin combing over what has been submitted. They will pick one format and run a special event for it at this year's GenCon on August 8th.
