Wizards announced Monday that they were ending the Magic Player Rewards program. Saying that after review they determined that it would be more beneficial to redirect the resources to local game store support. The mailing in December 2010 would be the final mailing and would include extra cards and will account for DCI activity up to November 15th, 2010.

The Magic Player Rewards program provided players with unique promo cards (as well as a hard plastic DCI card) as a reward for players being active with the DCI. The original Player Rewards explanation page is still available (as of 11/15/2010 7am EST) and can be found at this location.
