Draft Leagues are coming to Magic Online! Announced today, these leagues will be appearing on the digital platform starting September 7th 2016. These leagues will replace Swiss "Pack-per-Win" queues and 6-2-2-2 queues. Single elimination draft queues that award 8 packs for first place and 4 packs for second will remain in the client.

An important difference between a regular draft and these leagues is that you are not be paired against someone from the same draft pod. You are, however, going to be paired against someone with the same record. This is different from a typical draft. It will be interesting to see if the power level disparity in packs will be exposed in the leagues.
