The DCI has released the September 2012 Banned and Restricted announcement.  One card has been unbanned in Modern, and one has been unrestricted in Vintage.  It should be exciting to see what kind of decks will develop as a result of these changes!

Both of these changes were made with the hope of further diversifying already healthy formats.  Both Modern and Vintage have been healthy since the last B&R announcement, but have had a lack of ramp and combo decks respectively.  It will certainly be exciting to find out if unbanning these cards will breathe new life into these archetypes!
