In April, Wizards of the Coast filed suit against four individuals in Alabama for fraud surrounding DCI events and players. The case has had a judgment rendered, read below to see!

The document came with the following statement from Wizards:

District Court for the Western District of Washington entered a consent judgment for $100,000 against Jonathan Clifton of Alabama as a result of his alleged fraudulent Wizards Play Network activity against the company, specifically tournament organizer and player activity fraud. "We are pleased that a judgment was reached quickly and in our favor in this case," said Arron Goolsbey, Senior Director of Organized Play and Game Support at Wizards of the Coast. "We will continue to vigorously protect the integrity of our systems as well as the fun and fairness of our games."[/easybox]
