Wizards announces a limited edition box set titled "From the Vault: Dragons" and it will feature a completely new foiling process on cards, cards never before seen in foil, all cards are tournament legal and more! Read the official announcement.

These decks introduce cards which are not currently included in Standard, however any cards in this deck are now legal in Standard! It's a similar concept to that of Cold Snap from several years back, it'll be treated as a set.

Some cards featured in the decks: Bladewing the Risen, Bogardan Hellkite, Draco, Dragon Whelp, Dragonstorm, Ebon Dragon, Form of the Dragon, Hellkite Overlord, Kokusho, the Evening Star, Nicol Bolas, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Rith, the Awakener, Shivan Dragon, Thunder Dragon, and Two-Headed Dragon.

Hellkite Overlord is notable as the only card in this deck which is featured in the upcoming Shards of Alara expansion. Thus it is being put into circulation before it's officially printed!

These decks are also in very limited supply. There are stories of vendors ordering large quantities and only receiving a fraction of those numbers in their shipment.
