- Hades swing turn: On the play; Opponent curves a 6 cost win-con. You press on with your on-board threats either to quest or make favorable trades in challenges. They lose threat and time.
- Aurora shield line: When expecting targeted removal to key pieces of your characters, slam Aurora down to buy some time. If you've played Alice - Savvy Sailor prior, you can quest with her to grant Aurora Ward as well for a completely warded board.
