As has been loudly and repeatedly believed lamented, pondered, questioned, blogged and written about... Wizards today officially banned Survival of the Fittest from the Legacy format. Along with the banning, they removed the card Time Spiral from the Legacy banned list. No other changes were made to banned and restricted lists for any other formats.
