Hello happy folks and welcome to my third article in a series that looks at good stuff for copies for multiplayer stuff generally and then Commander specifically. The first were my Top Clones here, which are on dorks to blink, recur and then try to keep up! Today we'll be looking at my Top 5 Temporary Copy Makers - ideally on a permanent so you can use them a few times, like Molten Duplication. For purposes of this list, I don't consider myriad like Blade of Selves.

Honorable Mention

Saheeli Rai

This three-drop 'walker got a card banned in Standard. She can +1 to scry and ping your foes and then -2 to make a hasted temporary coye of a dork or artifact for the turn that dies. She's not bad in this region at all!

The Jolly Balloon Man

This three-cost 1/4 with haste in Boros colors is next! It taps with a mana to copy any dork, for a turn with haste, but just as a 1/1, with flying though and then just at sorcery speed. That's why it is back here since there are way too many breaks from speed to size.

Kindred Charge AND Molten Echoes

Next is this fun two set. The sorcery one costs six and makes tokens for the turn with copies for each one of your chosen type a big win-con! The four-cost enchantment also chooses a type and then when they arrive you get a free one of the temporary nature. Twice for nice!

Jaxis, the Troublemaker

This Hill Giant cost and then 2/3 body can tap with just one red to discard at sorcery speed to make hasted temp copies of your stuff and then when it dies, draw! The discard is rough, and I'd prefer removing the sorcery or that, but's she's pretty good!

Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink

Another Hill Giant cost and this time size is next with the two-mana tapping at sorcery speed for making that copy with haste and then you can tap him with a massive nine-mana to make five of them instead! Nasty and good stuff for the win-tuff!

Saheeli, the Sun's Brilliance

This two-mana Bear sized legendary Izzet colored one can tap with two to make a temporary copy of any dork or...artifact too, and then like the first it's an artifact too, and then you'll note that this is not sorcery speed! Yay for that!

#5. Flameshadow Conjuring AND Cadric, Soul Kindler

This fine four-cost Red duo is next! The enchantment will make an extra token in your turn when they arrive for another red mana, and then the Boros colored legendary 4/3 will do that for legendary stuff that arrives, rather than all dorks. But The One Ring and stuff and then they won't be with his static.

#4. Inalla, Archmage Ritualist

This five-mana 4/5 Grixis colored Wizard caring leader is #4! You can spend a mana to make a Wizard copy for everything that arrives and then that's in play or in the Command Zone too. Broken much? Then you can tap five Wizards to have someone lose 7 life, nasty with the copies doing so.

#3. Splinter Twin

You can tap the dork enchanted for no mana to make a free copy for a turn with haste and with untapper dorks this broke formats and casual too. Enjoy this fun and recently unbanned in Modern card!

#2. Feldon of the Third Path

This three-drop dork with a tap for three-mana and then copies a dork in your graveyard for the turn save it's now an artifact too. Everyone loves their Feldon, and that makes sense you can get back a milled dork or killed or Buried Alive or whatever, or just get a bunch of Solemn Simulacrum triggers.

#1. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker AND Fable of the Mirror-Breaker // Reflection of Kiki-Jiki

Ah yes...Kiki-Jiki and his Reflection, nothing else could be here, he defines the temporary token maker! He costs five, has a 2/2 hasted body, and then taps for no mana to make a copy of a non-legendary dork at any time. Nasty. The Saga will make a 2/2 that attacks to make a rampy Treasure and then you can discard and draw up to two for card flow and then swap to the one that taps with one mana and can be used anytime too! Amazing pair to finish with!
