One of the quickest ways to success early on in a new format is to find a shell that has already had tournament success, and add to it a powerful new card from the new set.
Well, how about a Collected Company for non-creature spells?

Boros Token Control is a deck that has seen some success in Standard in the last year, but had fallen off the map a bit as it hadn't really gotten any new cards in a while. Well, Tarkir: Dragonstorm brings two huge heavy hitters into the fray, instantly making this deck a threat to Standard once again.
Elspeth, Storm Slayer may be one of the most powerful cards in the entire set, as it does just about everything - provides synergy with other token makers, makes a ton of tokens itself, pumps the squad as a powerful win condition, and can even kill large creatures; what can't Elspeth do? But perhaps even more important is United Battlefront.
Make no mistake, this is a Caretaker's Talent deck, and Caretaker's Talent decks are predicated on getting all their powerful enablers set up. Once you start stacking up Caretaker's Talent and Urabrask's Forge, and whatever else, it creates an insurmountable advantage.
United Battlefront is perhaps one of the best enablers this deck could hope for. It does require a little bit of creative deckbuilding, playing cards like Chainsaw instead of Lightning Helix to keep the permanent count high enough to not risk whiffing, but that's not that big of an issue.
Tokens are poised for a resurgence in Standard!
