A rumor popped up over on MTGSalvation last week that M11 would again be printed in traditional Chinese. I contacted Wizards to seek their official word on this and today got the following response back:
[easybox]"Traditional Chinese took a hiatus in 2003, but and we are pleased to announce that this July Magic will once again be printed in Traditional Chinese for release in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Since we added Russian in 2005, Traditional Chinese will bring the language count up to 10 for the Magic 2011 Core set, a tie for the most languages a Magic set has been printed in."[/easybox]
For those keeping score at home, this will bring the list of languages Magic being printed in is:
- English
- Spanish
- Italian
- German
- French
- Japanese
- Chinese
- Russian
- Portuguese
- Traditional Chinese
